Shipping and payment

SHIPPING

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Friday afternoon and weekend orders typically ship out on Mondays.
Typically orders ship 1-2 business days after being placed.

Please note that around holidays / holiday weekends, our order fulfillment times may be slightly delayed given order volumes.

After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.
Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active.
If you haven't received your order tracking details after 3 business days, please contact us at customerservice@cooking-tools.com.

We currently deliver orders to all countries.
The delivery time depends on the destination country.
Please refer to your order shipment confirmation email for delivery details.

Standard Shipping

Shipping is free for orders over $75; otherwise, shipping is a $8,95 flat rate.

For standard shipping orders are expected to arrive within 4-13 days from being shipped, but delivery delays is possible due to COVID-19.

All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed by us.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please write to us at customerservice@cooking-tools.com.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.

If you did not receive the order within the estimated delivery time, please:

  • Сheck your mailbox. It is possible that the order has already arrived, and you will find the notification in your mailbox.
  • Check the location of your order by the tracking number that we sent you.
  • If information about the location of your order is not available, we ask you to wait until 30 business days from the date of sending the order. Delivery delays are possible due to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee estimated delivery times.

If you have not received your order within 30 business days (excluding weekends and publicly-recognized holidays) from your order confirmation and payment processing please contact us via email customerservice@cooking-tools.com and provide the following information:

  • Order Number;
  • Your Name;
  • Your Address;
  • Phone Number;
  • Email;
  • Payment date;
  • Shipment date (we sent you the email with delivery information);
  • Do you want refunds or we will send you this order again?

Within two business days, we will check the information on your order and initiate, at your choice, either refunds or sending you a new order. Refunds according to our REFUND POLICY will be made within 7 business days.

PAYMENT

On our website you can pay for your orders with your bank card or PayPal.

The price of the product indicated at the time of payment is final. We do not charge any additional taxes or surcharges.
